PENTAGRAM To Play Turkey's ROCK 'N COKE Festival
June 3, 2007After celebrating its 20th anniversary this year with a very special sold-out tour that covered four cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya),Turkey's PENTAGRAM (now known internationally as MEZARKABUL to avoid confusion with an American doom metal band, though they are still known as PENTAGRAM in their home country) has been confirmed for the Rock 'n Coke festival, set to take place on August 31, September 1 and 2 at Hezarfen Airport in Istanbul, Turkey. Also scheduled to appear are CHRIS CORNELL, MANIC STREET PREACHERS, SMASHING PUMPKINS and WITHIN TEMPTATION, among many others.

PENTAGRAM's sold-out comeback concert on February 4, 2007 in Istanbul was recorded digitally for an upcoming DVD, to be released this summer.
PENTAGRAM will play the Istanbul edition of Live Earth, which aims to raise awareness of climate change. The group has also been confirmed for the Masstival, which will be held July 13-15 in Istanbul.
